Abstract

This study was aimed at determining the nutrient and anti nutrient composition of five Nigerian leafy Vegetables  namely Igbo {Solarium macrocarpon), Ishapa {Hibiscus sabdariffa), Okro {Hibiscus esculentus), Tete {Amaranthus viridis)and Ugwu{Telfaria occidentalis).
